Quarry operations
Tyrenwhit started operating quarries in 2007 when it supplied thousands of cubic meters of quality fill material to Bruce Highway upgrades through Gympie.
Since then, we followed work out to the gas fields in Western Queensland and refined our knowledge of quarry operations to supply over 400,000t of material to various jobs from a number of pits that we developed.
In 2014 we opened a sand and gravel quarry on the north side of Gympie from which we supply and deliver quality products to plumbers and landscape yards around Gympie and the Sunshine Coast.
We have also supplied to various construction jobs in the area from the quarry, including the United Service Station at Gunalda and sewer upgrades and extensions for Gympie Regional Council.
We use the most up-to-date washing, screening and dewatering methodologies to deliver a top quality product.
